Refund Policy
All pieces at sthaan are made to order. We begin production only after an order is confirmed, which means cancellations or changes must be requested within 48 hours of placing the order.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of order confirmation will be accepted and a full refund will be processed. Requests made after this window cannot be accommodated as production would have commenced.
Damages & Defects
If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please write to us at info@sthaan.store within 48 hours of delivery with photographs & unboxing video. We will assess the issue and work with you on a resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or a partial refund depending on the nature of the damage.
Returns
As all pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We encourage you to review product dimensions, materials, and finishes carefully before placing an order. Our team is available to answer any questions prior to purchase.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
